September 16, 2008, Butuan City government sponsored the event dubbed as City hall under siege. A total of 14 entries from and its neighboring cities and provinces.
It probably was one of the worst, disorganized, chaotic events in Airsoft history! Everybody were plinking everywhere, even the local teams admitted that it was terrible. The organizers, a bunch of BIKER MICE FROM MARS who obviously doesn’t have a clue, should have hosted a fucking drag race to death tournament!
One game was halted due to brawling participants, triggered by ignorant umpires who can’t identify a dead man walking!. A GI Sheet tumbled and almost hit one of the players! I mean, like, WTF! A Php 500 registration fee and the kill house is made of crap?? Oh! Btw, how can I forget the infamous souvenir (a bathing soap and mosquito coil)!!! It’s clearly POLITICS + AIRSOFT = NON-FUN! FOR PROFIT EVENT!
The local teams tried to help the organizers by volunteering as umpires, which, IMHO is bias since they have their own entries.
